RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY :

We accept returns for up to 10 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached as in its original condition.

 

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Harati's invoice which was emailed and attached in shipment to you. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Harati cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

 Please do send us an email with details of your return so we can track your shipment and proceed as fast as we can, write an e-mail

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES AND CANCEL :

Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Harati does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time. 

As our sales are final, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped.
